  • Course Registration Details: The specific course and class instance you signed up for, and the cost of the course.
  • Payment Information: While Stripe processes all payment details directly, we receive confirmation of your payment and may see partial information (e.g., last four digits of a card number) for transaction identification. CraftAmplify LLC does not directly store your full payment card details.
  • Figma Access Email: If different from your registration email, an additional email address may be requested to grant you access to course slides hosted on Figma. This email will be stored within Figma's systems for access control.
  • LinkedIn Certificate Information: Your full name and email address for the purpose of generating and verifying LinkedIn Certificates of Completion.
  • GitHub Username (Potential Future): In the future, if we offer access to private GitHub repositories, we may collect your GitHub username to grant access.
  • Communication Content: Information you provide when you communicate with us via email (e.g., [email protected]) or other channels.

    • Transactional Emails: To send you essential emails related to your course registration, payment confirmations, and course access details via Resend.
    • Newsletter/Marketing Emails: To send you updates about new courses, class openings, and general CraftAmplify news, if you have opted in to receive such communications. All marketing emails will include an opt-out option.
  • To Issue LinkedIn Certificates: To generate and provide LinkedIn Certificates of Completion and to enable verification of these certificates via a public link.
  • To Manage Class Lists: To organize and manage student lists for specific classes, initially through secure storage like Google Drive, and potentially through a future backend database (e.g., Firebase).
  • To Facilitate Community Interaction (Future): If social spaces (e.g., Slack, Discord) are introduced, to invite or enable your self-enrollment into relevant channels (e.g., class-specific or alumni channels).
  • To Improve Our Services: To understand how our website and courses are used, identify areas for improvement, and enhance the overall user experience, including through the use of analytics tools.

3. How We Share Your Information

  • Payment Processors: We use Stripe to process all course payments. Your payment information is provided directly to Stripe, and CraftAmplify LLC does not store your full payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs their collection and use of your data.
  • Email Communication Services: We use Resend to send transactional, course-related, and marketing emails. Your name and email address are shared with Resend for this purpose. We may use additional marketing email services in the future, which will also be subject to an opt-out mechanism.
  • Content Hosting/Access: If course slides are hosted on Figma, your email address (and potentially name) will be shared with Figma to grant you access. Figma's privacy policy will apply to their handling of this data.
  • Video Conferencing Platforms: We use services like Google Meet (and potentially Zoom) for live course sessions. Your email address will be used to send you invitations to these sessions.
  • Internal Data Management: Your email addresses and names may be stored on secure platforms like Google Drive for class list management, and potentially in a future backend database (e.g., Firebase).
  • Community Platforms (Future): If we integrate with social platforms like Slack or Discord, your email address may be used to invite you to relevant community channels.
  • Analytics Providers: We use Vercel Analytics to collect and analyze website usage data. In the future, we may also share data with other analytics providers such as Google Analytics or Heap to understand user behavior and improve our services.
